1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Life Orchestrator you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are usingLife Orchestrator on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the service. You must give accurate information when you create it, keep your credentials secure, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. Where local law sets a higher minimum age for consent to data processing, that age applies instead.

3. Your content stays yours

You keep all rights in the content you put into Life Orchestrator. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, process it to produce the features you are using, display it back to you, and share it with the people you explicitly share it with, such as members of a household you have joined.

That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where an item is already retained under a legal obligation described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not use your content to train third-party AI models unless you give a separate, specific, opt-in permission for that. Declining costs you nothing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law, or use the service to help someone else do so.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to upload.
  • Attempt to access another account or any data that is not yours.
  • Probe, scan, or test the security of the service without permission, or interfere with its operation.
  • Scrape the service, or use automated means to place unreasonable load on it.
  • Resell or redistribute the service without a written agreement.

If you find a security vulnerability, report it to[email protected]. Good-faith reports are welcome.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Life Orchestrator has a free tier and paid tiers. Paid tiers are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings, and your paid features continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments are handled by Stripe. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's billing terms and refund process apply instead, and cancellation is done through the store.

If prices change we will tell you before the change affects you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features. If we remove something you rely on, or make a materially adverse change to a paid tier, we will give reasonable notice.

7. AI features

Some features produce suggestions, summaries, categorisations, and coaching using a language model. These outputs can be wrong. They are not financial, medical, legal, or professional advice, and you should not treat them as such. Decisions you make on the basis of them are yours.

8. Third-party connections

You can connect external services such as wearables or financial data providers. Those services have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. Connecting or disconnecting them is your choice and is done from Settings.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and where circumstances allow we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right. Before closing an account we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data, except where the law or a serious breach prevents that.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires and does not permit us to exclude. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes we will give notice in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
